Authorized Movements only for urgent reasons

By the Government decrees (DPCM) of March 8th, 9th and 1th, 2020, urgent measures have been taken to contain and contrast the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 (so-called Coronavirus) on the national territory (to date, valid until to April the 3rd).

Only movements for urgent reasons are allowed, of proven work or health needs, to return to one’s home or for indifferent reasons (such as the supply of basic necessities).
In such cases, self-certification must be submitted (the form is here attached).

Failure to comply with obligations, which are dictated by reasons of public safety and hygiene, is punished pursuant to art. 650 of the Criminal Code, with an arrest of up to three months or a fine of up to 206,00 euros.
