Next appointment for the "... rEstate at the MArRC!" programm is on the terrace on Thursday July 12th at 9.00 pm for the Conference "Travel in the Mediterranean of civilizations", promoted by History and Social Studies Editions.
Speakers: Daniele Castrizio, professor of numismatics at the University of Messina and member of the Scientific Committee of the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria; the historian and philosopher Carlo Ruta; the paletnologists Francesco Tiboni and Sebastiano Tusa. The director of the Museum, Carmelo Malacrino, is introducing.
It will be an exciting cultural journey along the routes of ancient civilizations in the company of specialists of ancient history and other disciplines and by a splendid view on the Strait of Messina, a little center area in the extraordinary Mare Nostrum, which has fueled myths, traditions and beliefs, literary and intellectual works.
It will be an opportunity to learn more about and love the "great old" Mediterranean, in another of the unmissable Summer Nights at MArRC, thanks to the extraordinary opening on
every Thursday and Saturday from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm (until September). with admission ticket for only 3 euros.
